Return Eligibility
Time frame: You may request a refund or exchange on products within 30 days of delivery confirmation
Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us via our “Product Concerns or Issues” form or email us at [customer service email].
Include in your request:
- Order number
- Product(s) you’re returning
- Reason for return
Our team will promptly send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable and insured method to ensure delivery.
Inspection & Processing
Upon receipt, we will inspect the product to confirm eligibility.
Allow 3–7 business days for processing after we receive the return.
Once approved, we’ll issue a refund less the original shipping fee. (Hint: For partial returns, you’ll be refunded for the item(s), minus shipping.)

Exchanges
Looking to switch products? Exchange requests must also be within 30 days, with products unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Specify your preferred replacement item when submitting the RMA request. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains defective products:
Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
We’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, based on your preference.
Non‑Returnable Items
Opened or used items—due to safety and quality—cannot be returned.
Returns not meeting the above criteria will be rejected and sent back to you at your cost.
