Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.

You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer several shipping options including Standard, Expedited, and Priority services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Note: Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays beyond our control.

Carrier Information

We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic shipments.

Once your package ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Shipping Restrictions

We only ship to U.S. addresses at this time.

Due to varying state regulations, we may restrict shipping of certain products to select locations. These restrictions will be clearly noted during checkout if applicable.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

Please check with your local carrier or neighbors first.

Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please reach out with your order number and any relevant photos.

We will file a claim with the carrier and make things right.
